At BIOCERAMED – Ceramics for Medical Applications SA (hereinafter Bioceramed SA) we understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. For this reason, we are committed to the implementation and management of the personal data protection policies of natural persons in force in the European Union.
This privacy and data protection policy applies to the personal data of our Customers and Users of our Websites, who contact us via our websites, by email or by telephone, whether for placing orders. , to obtain information, to present complaints and/or suggestions.

At Bioceramed SA, we collect very limited personal data and our sole purpose is to maintain close and personalized contact with our customers, to let them know about our news and promotions and our new sales catalogues.
Bioceramed SA collects your personal data when you request clarification of a doubt, when you send a complaint or suggestion, when you place an order to purchase products.

The personal data we collect is intended for processing orders placed, establishing communication in response to requests for information, complaints or doubts, statistical analysis and also for communication/promotional/direct marketing purposes through any communication channel. .

4. Rights of the holder of personal data
At any time, the data subject may request access to the information we have about him, the rectification of the information if it is incorrect or incomplete, the deletion or limitation of the processing of his data, in accordance with the legal limits. If the treatment depends on your consent and this is done by automated means, you have the right to send the data you have provided us, in a structured way, commonly used and in a computer-readable format. In accordance with legal limitations, you can object to the processing of your personal data.
The holder may be asked to prove their identity.

When the processing of personal data collected depends on the consent of its holder (as mentioned in the table above), this must be free, express, unequivocal and informed.

and the rights that assist you.

6. Legitimate Interest of the Controller
Bioceramed SA processes your personal data to carry out tasks related to our business activities. The RGPD understands that the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing is a legitimate interest of the company, and the processing is considered legitimate. Direct marketing is understood, in the General Regulation on Data Protection, as any action by a company aimed at communicating advertising or marketing material, aimed at specific people. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may, at any time, object to their treatment,

7. Conservation of personal data
Bioceramed SA retains all personal data for as long as the existing commercial relations between the company and the data subject remain in force. Unless consent is withdrawn, we retain personal data for up to five years after the date of termination of commercial relations or last contact made. We may keep your personal data for longer periods under pending legal obligations on the company. (See table presented in point 3)

Bioceramed SA does not assign or transfer your data to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation.
